SSZ is one of the Czech Republic's main highway engineering players. It is a subsidiary of EUROVIA (VINCI Group) and also a historical customer of the FAYAT Group. With its purchase of a ROADMAGNUM 340, SSZ is enhancing its position as the Czech leader in hot-mix asphalt production with the possibility of transferring a highly mobile, high production capacity unit throughout Eastern Europe. This is unquestionably a first-rate strategic tool!

Mobility is associated with continuous plants. For batch operation, low capacity units are the only ones available. SSZ, which first installed the ROADMAGNUM North of Praha, in fact intends to move this machine very quickly in Czechia. Because of EUROVIA's locations in Eastern European countries, it is certain that this plant will play an important role in motorway construction in that part of Europe in the coming years.

The ROADMAGNUM is a mobile batch plant composed of 15 trailers and erected without concrete foundation requirements. It complies with European transport specifications, and in particular with TÜV standards).

With its fast hypermobile-type wiring and quick connects, the ROADMAGNUM is erected and dismantled in a week without foundations.

From the technological viewpoint, the unit has all the required elements, and in particular, a six-grades screen with by-pass.

Its production capacity is 280 T/h with 5% moisture and 360 T/h with 3%. Up to 30% recycling is possible.
