MAGNUM is a modular unit for the batch production of hot mix asphalt (HMA). The MAGNUM is the final addition to an already wide product range encompassing classic fixed plants and hypermobile ones which have established ERMONT's reputation in the field.
- MAGNUM plants are fully mounted and tested in our workshops
- Access and gangways are wide and securized to enable easy maintenance operations
- Materials flow and gas flow are as short as possible, thus enabling:
- substantial savings in drying thermal energy from reduction and control of heat losses
- reduction of power consumption from a noticeable reduction in the quantity of power installed (minimal flow path)
Two designs are offered:
MAGNUM Metropolis
MAGNUM Metropolis is designed for urban jobsites
with high environmental constraints:
- low cost transport (classic semi-trailers)
- mounting and tests in our workshops
- low cost engineering, even no engineering at all
- very easy mounting and commissioning on site (short time)
- environmentfriendly:
- possible housing
- small size of the plant
- RAP recycling
MAGNUM Express
MAGNUM Express is designed for mobile road works requiring medium to large quantities of HMA.
This plant is very easy to transfer (inspired by hypermobile plants) and can be transferred, mounted and commissionned very shortly:
- low cost transport ( total : 12 classic semi-trailers)
- no engineering
- mounting and tests in our workshops
